Please note, for spring cleanups your yard has to be free of snow and ice and on the dry side in order for our Scoopers to be able to do a good job. To avoid damage to your lawn, we don't use tools and we will not use a shovel to try to dislodge anything frozen to the ground.
Please allow 24-48 hrs for one of our PooFessionals to contact you if we need to clear up some details.
You will be sent an invoice for payment prior to service unless you have opted to pay cash. Cash customers, please have cash ready in an envelope for our team member before they start the work.
Why payment prior to service? Due to the nature of our business and non-payment by past customers, we have had to implement this policy.
